1. Processing Time
Please allow up to 2–7 business days for orders to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

Kay Meraki Design currently offers Standard Domestic Shipping Only.

3. Packaging & Handling
Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely:

Original Paintings are wrapped in glassine paper, bubble wrap, and other protective materials

Secured in a custom-fit box or crate

Marked as FRAGILE for special handling
We use high-quality materials and techniques to protect your painting during transit.
4. Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped using trusted domestic carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has shipped.
5. Damages & Claims
If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kaymerakidesign@outlook.com

Include clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item
We’ll help file a shipping claim and work with you to resolve the issue (refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the situation).
Note: Kay Meraki Design is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is with the carrier.
