Returns & Exchanges – General Guidelines

Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

A valid order number or receipt is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

Custom, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Art Paintings

All original artwork is final sale due to its unique nature.

If your painting arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging when reporting damage.
General Merchandise

Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in new condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by individual after delivery, and altered.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at kaymerakidesign@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping address.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of return approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.
